IMPORTANT: Cloverhill’s contract with you.

These terms and conditions govern the relationship between us and apply to any Goods or Services that you may purchase from us. They are important – each time you place an order you agree to be bound by them.

If you do not accept our terms and conditions, you should not order any Goods or Services from us. Please keep/save a copy of these terms and conditions for your reference.

Coming through your property

On rare occasions it may be necessary to pass our oil pipeline through your property. (i.e. from a front door to a back door.) In these instances Cloverhill Fuels Ltd will not be held liable for any damages to homes or property whilst delivering fuel.

HOW WE DELIVER GOODS AND SERVICES TO YOU

  • We aim to deliver all fuel orders within 3 working days.
  • If a customer selects next working day they can expect their order to be delivered by 5pm the next working day.
  • Same day delivery will be available on orders made before 10am. In which the fuel will arrive with you before 5pm that same day.
  • There is an extra fee for both next day delivery and same day delivery.

WHAT DO YOU PAY FOR GOODS AND SERVICES?

  • Home heating fuel (kero)– A litre amount of home heating fuel to be delivered to your home or business.
  • Delivery costs – A fee for deliver and pumping.
  • Mini-tanker – A mini tanker is a smaller delivery vehicle for tight spaces.
  • Tanks & accessories – oil tanks and associated accessories for home heating fuel.

HOW DO YOU PAY?

Typically, you’ll pay for your order online at time of purchase with your credit or debit card. Account customers can choose to “pay on account” in which we’ll add the fill price from your account balance. (Potentially you may have a positive balance with us in which we’ll deduct the cost of the fill.)

CAN YOU CANCEL AND RECEIVE A REFUND?

You can cancel and order up to 2 days before your agreed delivery date. (After which truck fuelling and logistics may have started for your order.)

To cancel an order call: 028 7964 2485 (9-5 weekdays). Alternatively, you can email orders@cloverhillfuels.com. Please have your order number ready (or as much information about the account as you might have,)

Typically, we’ll issue a refund within 48 hours to your debit or credit card. But we'll inform you of the exact procedure/timescale when you call.

Ordered too much?

Where Cloverhill is unable to deliver the full amount of Product because the amount ordered is in excess of the tanks capacity, a refund will be made back to you, provided that Cloverhill Fuels Ltd have the right to amend the price per litre payable to reflect quantity of litres delivered.
